Mr. Nghe Sivantha
As an internal auditor and a dedicated member of CSEC, Mr. Nghe Sivantha has been immersed in the world of Arabica coffee cultivation since 1998. His farm sits over 1,000 meters high on the Bolaven Plateau, where he is committed to maintaining high agricultural standards. Mr. Sivantha employs sustainable practices, such as organic composting, weed mowing, pruning, and insect trapping for pest management. In 2022, he partnered with Fairtrade Network of Asia & Pacific Producers on a coffee development initiative, leading to significant improvements in his drying table and processing unit, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality coffee from his farm to your cup.

Mr. Khamlarn Keohuamueang
At 44 years old, Mr. Khamlarn Keohuamueang, a resident of Huaywai village, continues a coffee cultivation legacy that dates back to his parents’ time in 1979. This tradition is now nurtured by Mr. Khamlarn and his children, Sooksawan and Sookan, who tend their crops daily, 2 kilometers from home, aboard their three-wheeled electric tuk-tuk, “e-tuk.” Mr. Khamlarn’s wife, Mrs. Rassamee, manages the household and ensures the well-being of the family. On their 5-hectare farm, they grow Catimor and Typica coffee varieties, practicing mixed cultivation with avocado, macadamia, banana, maoberry (bignay), and Indian gooseberry. This diversification not only enhances their livelihood but also contributes to their self-sufficiency. The Keohuamueang family takes pride in their coffee, cherished by local connoisseurs and international aficionados alike.
